About the role

The Finance Manager oversees the hotel’s financial performance, ensuring all finance activities comply with company policies, regulations, and contractual requirements. The role partners closely with the General Manager and collaborates with key stakeholders across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Procurement, Commercial teams, Owners, Asset Managers, and Regional Finance. The Finance Manager also supports the development of high-performing finance teams and ensures the hotel operates in accordance with the management agreement, reporting any compliance issues to the supervising manager.
