In this role, you will work directly with customers to resolve past due accounts while delivering a professional and respectful experience. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable, performance-driven environment.

Schedule and Training
Training  Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

What You Will Do
As a First Party Collections Agent, you will:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due consumer and commercial accounts

- Work with customers to resolve balances on credit cards and loan accounts

- Maintain compliance while delivering a professional and empathetic experience

- Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, and adherence

- Handle a daily caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
