About the role

Qualified and proactive FM Engineer – Zone Management to coordinate, monitor and support facilities management services, infrastructure maintenance activities, and third-party service providers across DP World Jebel Ali Port Terminals.

The role primarily involves coordinating with client representatives, internal maintenance teams, appointed contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities, inspections, projects and service requests are executed efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements, service standards, HSE procedures and agreed timelines.

The Engineer will be responsible for conducting site inspections, monitoring contractor performance, tracking work progress, following up on outstanding issues, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for management and client review.
