About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to lead a team of talented engineers while remaining highly hands-on in designing, developing, and delivering scalable applications.

You will combine strong technical expertise with proven team leadership experience, taking ownership of technical decisions, guiding engineers, and driving engineering excellence.

We value developers who understand and believe in software engineering best practices (design, clean code, testing, code reviews, automation, etc.) and who are also aware of bad practices and anti-patterns.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack engineers, supporting their professional growth and technical development.

Remain hands-on, designing and developing scalable, high-quality applications.

Drive technical decisions, architecture, and engineering best practices.

Lead code reviews, promote clean code, and maintain high standards of software quality.

Collaborate closely with Product and other engineering teams to deliver impactful features and solutions.

Take ownership of technical execution and delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Requirements – Must Have

-
7+ years of software development experience .

Proven experience in at least one previous role leading a Full Stack development team.

Demonstrated technical leadership skills, including mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical decisions.

Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD).

Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design principles, and clean code.

Nice to Have

Experience with additional technologies and frameworks, such as React Native and GraphQL.

Experience working across diverse projects and business domains.

Experience developing applications in cloud environments, particularly AWS.

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Contributions to or experience managing open-source projects.
