Full-Time Treatment Coordinator | $28–$30/hour | Barrie, ON

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who is confident presenting treatment plans, discussing financial options, and helping patients move forward with recommended care.

Schedule – Full-Time

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

- Wednesday: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

- Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (one Saturday per month during winter)

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of dental administration experience

- Strong experience presenting and coordinating treatment plans

- Knowledge of dental insurance, estimates, and financing options

- Excellent communication skills and confidence discussing treatment costs

- Strong patient relationship-building and follow-up skills
