As a GenAI Architect you will shape and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, bringing together architecture, data engineering, and modern cloud patterns to support client-focused transformation. As a Senior Manager you will lead large efforts, guide teams through complexity, use sound judgment to prioritize work, and provide strategic direction that helps drive operational excellence and practical results.

In this role at PwC, you will define solution approaches, influence technical direction across multiple work streams, and translate business goals into scalable AI architectures. You will work across Data Modernisation initiatives within Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics and contribute to Product Innovation efforts that support evolving client needs. As a Client Support role, you will also work directly with stakeholders, communicate clear options, and help shape delivery plans that balance quality, timeline, and business value.

Responsibilities

- Leading GenAI architecture workstreams for data modernization programs and shaping solution direction across client engagements
- Designing scalable AI and data engineering patterns that integrate cloud services, data platforms, and orchestration tools
- Translating business needs into technical roadmaps for data pipelines, data products, and modern data platforms
- Advising stakeholders on GenAI use cases, platform choices, and integration approaches across enterprise environments
- Overseeing solution design across Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, AWS, Apache Airflow, and related data tools
- Guiding teams through data architecture decisions, model design, performance tuning, and data quality planning
- Validating technical approaches for data security, anonymization, database management, and data warehouse optimization
- Coaching delivery teams on agile ways of working, rapid experimentation, and practical AI-human collaboration
- Building trusted client relationships through clear technical storytelling, scenario analysis, and informed recommendation development
- Driving innovation in data engineering platforms and reusable patterns that support scalable GenAI adoption

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating GenAI architecture experience across data modernisation programs
- Applying AWS, Azure, or Databricks in cloud data platforms
- Designing data pipelines, lakehouse models, and data warehouse solutions
- Translating business goals into scalable data architecture plans
- Leading client conversations through ambiguity and technical complexity
- Coaching teams on AI fluency, data strategy, and innovation
