Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality client service support to Midcap clients
- Manage and resolve client inquiries, transaction requests, and service issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Product teams to deliver seamless banking solutions.
- Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation processes in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree holder with majors in business, economics or finance is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external departments
- Good PC skill and good teamwork spirit
