This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer – Worldwide at Growth Agency based in Colombia.

As a Google Ads Media Buyer, you will take ownership of paid advertising strategies and campaign performance for direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce brands. You will manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end, from strategic planning and budget allocation to execution, testing, and continuous optimization. Your primary focus will be driving sustainable business growth and maximizing actual profitability rather than simply improving in-platform metrics. Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to make independent decisions from an early stage. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to structured experimentation, and develop your technical and analytical expertise.
