About the role
We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward
Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you’ve come to the right place.
- As an Associate Functional Consultant in our Customer Experience Organization (CXO), you’ll join the Manhattan Active Order (MAO) team and support retail and distribution customers across ANZ, with a particular focus on retail. You’ll contribute to implementations of unified commerce order management and store fulfilment solutions.
- Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll build your consulting and product knowledge and work directly with customers through solution design, testing, integration and go-live.
- You’ll also support customers post go-live, helping resolve issues, deliver enhancements and implement solution upgrades to help them remain always ahead.
- Serve as the liaison between our clients and software product development team, supporting product design, testing, integration, go-live, and post-production issue resolution. Help ensure customer satisfaction across a broad range of industries, including consumer goods, food, government, high-tech/electronics, industrial/wholesale, life sciences, logistics service providers, and retail.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and align them with the functionality of our software.
- Configure Manhattan Associates software to meet clients’ business requirements.
- Support customers with issues and enhancement requests, and develop and execute test cases for software modifications.
- Manage client relationships by providing business and systems expertise.
- Work in small project teams alongside other Consultants and supply chain software professionals.
- Collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams across Manhattan Associates, third-party partners, and client project teams to achieve shared project outcomes.
- Travel may be required for up to 50% of the time.
