Greenfield Process Engineer

Job Description Summary:

- Own process and equipment design.

- Lead procurement and supplier technical evaluation.

- Support installation, FAT/SAT and commissioning.

- Execute IQ/OQ activities.

- Troubleshoot process issues during startup.

Requirements:

- Business-level Japanese and English

- 10+ years FMCG or related manufacturing experience

- 3-5+ years in the process engineer or relevant role.

職務目的（ Purpose ）
本ポジションは、大規模FMCGブラウンフィールド製造プロジェクトにおいて、プロセスエンジニアとして求められる成果を実現し、生産設備および製造プロセスの設計・導入・立上げをリードすることを目的とします。

主な職務内容（ Key Responsibilities ）

. 製造プロセスおよび設備の設計責任を担う
. 調達活動を主導し、サプライヤーの技術評価を実施する
. 設備据付、FAT（Factory Acceptance Test）、SAT（Site Acceptance Test）および試運転・立上げを支援する
. IQ（Installation Qualification）およびOQ（Operational Qualification）を計画・実行する
立上げ期間中に発生するプロセス上の課題を分析し、解決を推進する

. 設備が計画通りのスケジュールで納入されること
. IQ/OQが成功裏に完了すること
. 要求されるプロセス性能および生産能力を達成すること
. 安定稼働に向けた効果的な立上げ支援を実施すること

. 日本語および英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
. FMCG（消費財）または関連製造業における10年以上の実務経験
. プロセスエンジニアまたは関連する専門職として3～5年以上の経験
