Ground Handling Agent.

BRISTOW CARIBBEAN LIMITED , a leader in aviation services for the energy industry, is seeking suitable qualified applicants for the position of Ground Handling Agent.

Key Duties
•            Coordinate the safe and efficient movement of passengers, baggage, and freight.
•            Conduct passenger safety briefings and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
•            Prepare and maintain flight manifests, freight records, and related documentation
•            Load, unload, and monitor baggage and freight in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements
•            Provide professional customer service and respond to passenger and freight inquiries.
•            Operate ground support equipment and perform routine equipment inspections.
•            Ensure compliance with company, client, aviation, and safety standards.
•            Report operational incidents, hazards, and irregularities in a timely manner.
•            Other duties as required by the line Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications/Key Competencies
•        CXC/GCE O'Level subjects, including English and Mathematics.
•        Experience in customer service, logistics, aviation, ground handling, or a related field will
be considered an asset.
•        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized systems.
•        Valid Driver's Permit.
•        Ability to work shifts and maintain a strong focus on safety and operational compliance.
•        Citizen of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
