How to succeed

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of building strong campaigns, delivering business results and leading high-performing teams.

- Ability to combine brand building and commercial effectiveness, ensuring marketing delivers both long-term brand value and measurable business impact.

- A sharp eye for creative excellence, storytelling and customer relevance, with the ability to challenge teams, agencies and stakeholders to consistently raise the quality and effectiveness of marketing output.

- Ability to maintain a strategic overview while ensuring strong execution and delivery.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
