We're A24 Group, a healthcare staffing business with leading UK agencies. We need hunters who pick up the phone, find great people and close them.

The role

- Hunt and win nurses, carers and healthcare professionals for UK clients

- Cold call, headhunt and build your own pipeline

- Place candidates fast and earn uncapped commission

You'll need

- Proven sales experience (call centre, telesales, B2B, retail, anything target driven)

- Resilience, confidence and a hunger to earn

- Excellent English and a strong phone manner

No recruitment experience needed.  We'll train you.

Package:  Basic R12,000 to R18,000 per month depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. OTE R30,000 per month, with top earners well above that.
Hours:  Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm
Base:  Bree Street, Cape Town
