Job Description: Demand Creator
Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with cross-regional teams across EMEA, NA, LATAM, and APAC.

- Create and manage pre-sales projects within internal systems.

- Collaborate closely with Operations Leads, Delivery Partners, Opportunity Owners, and Project Managers to ensure accurate project setup and timely updates.

- Develop initial work plans using the Deal Designer tool and maintain them based on ongoing updates.

- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure the resource plan is accurate and reflect changes in the PSA tool.

- Identify and resolve synchronization issues across multiple internal tools.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project start dates and stage progression.

- Monitor overall project health and provide regular status updates.

- Update and maintain budgets for all billable projects.

- Work with Project Managers to support project closure processes and profitability tracking.

- Generate and share timely reports with key stakeholders as required.

- Remain flexible and responsive to urgent project or operational needs.

- Ensure all daily tasks and updates are completed within the same business day.
