- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify drivers, trends, and improvement opportunities.

- Partner with business teams to translate insights into actionable performance interventions.

- Lead data quality investigations and drive improvements with data owners.

- Support the delivery of high-quality, automated and self serve insights that empower executive decision-making with greater agility.

- Prepare compelling narrative summaries for stakeholders.

- Manage small improvement initiatives or workstreams.

- Accountable for work end to end, proactively managing risks and ensuring commitments are met

- Uphold alignment to Group Risk Framework maintaining a culture of proactive risk ownership.

- Identify and work with others to deliver continuous improvement opportunities

- Be curious by asking questions to grow capability and expand knowledge.

- Collaborate with team to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.

- Support team productivity by identifying quick wins, automating repetitive tasks, building defined solutions and improving workflows using approved AI tools and emerging technologies
