About this opportunity
This is a high-profile opportunity to build how Lloyds Banking Group presents itself to mortgage brokers during a pivotal time for our Homes business. As Halifax Intermediaries transitions to Lloyds Intermediaries, you’ll lead the intermediary marketing efforts, driving broker consideration and advocacy while propelling commercial growth across the channel.
Build comprehensive marketing strategies across brand, proposition, product, and broker communications. By integrating audience insights, channel strategy, and creativity, campaigns will be implemented across trade media, LinkedIn, email, web, events, partnerships, and content. Performance insights and broker feedback will be used to continually improve results.
As a key connector among Brands, Marketing & Experience, Intermediaries, agency partners, trade media, and wider business collaborators, the role translates complex changes, market dynamics, and business priorities into clear, engaging broker-facing activities. Leading a team of three, the position sets direction, improves capabilities, and develops conditions for high-quality intermediary marketing execution at pace.
