Job Description
You will support the Data & AI team in the research and design of digital and AI products. Working with business and technology teams, you will help understand user needs and translate insights into practical, user-friendly product experiences.

Responsibilitie s

- Support user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points

- Assist in developing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs

- Support usability testing and refinement of product designs

- Conduct research to support product and design decisions

- Collaborate with business and technology teams on product requirements and implementation

- Prepare design materials and documentation for discussions and presentations

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Relevant studies or experience in design, technology, social sciences or a related field

- Interest or experience in UI/UX, product design or user research

- Familiarity with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools

- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

- Interest in digital products, AI and real estate

- Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable working with different teams
