INTERNATIONAL RETAIL DIRECTOR NORTH EUROPE

As International Retail Director North Europe, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our stores across your European region, with full ownership of its P&L. Your mission will be to drive sales growth, run efficient operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience, in line with Mango's standards.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE?

- Lead the daily operations of the stores in your region, including merchandising, buying, pricing and marketing.

- Own the region's P&L and implement Mango's policies and procedures to meet financial, budgetary and operational objectives.

- Drive sales growth across your stores, monitoring performance and taking action where needed.

- Oversee controllable expenses, cash management, inventory control and loss prevention, keeping operations efficient and on budget.

- Ensure every store's appearance and presentation meets Mango's standards.

- Guarantee an excellent customer experience, making customer satisfaction a priority for your teams.

- Coordinate and lead your teams, setting clear goals and delegating effectively to achieve them. TION

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.

- Consolidated experience leading the daily operations of international retail stores.

- Proven track record managing a P&L, including marketing, buying and pricing.

- Experience implementing policies and procedures to achieve financial and operational objectives.

- Solid knowledge of sales management, expense control, cash management, inventory control and loss prevention.

- Strong financial and budgetary analysis skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Collaboration and teamwork.

- Results-oriented.

- The position can be based in any European city within the countries under your responsibility.
