Requirements:

- Professional education in computer science or related degree preferred  

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role

- Very good IT-skills in Microsoft Office

- Very good English language skills

- Must be technically competent with the ability to address company's computer, Internet, software and network security needs

- Must understand electronic, repair, and installation of AV equipment and the House set up

Job Description:

- Assists members, guests, and clients with IT issues/needs.

- Manages and monitor in house equipment and usage. 

- Maintain safety standards and identify safety needs and hazards of the department.

- Manages e- mail accounts for new hires and terms as well as manage security rights on email distribution groups and shared drives.

- Manages all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.

- Work s  closely with other departments to ensure basic knowledge and troubleshooting .
