Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for a global company in Jönköping. Start is ASAP, 13 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Jönköping.

The Project Manager will be supporting the PLM Business Transformation program through planning, coordination, financial follow-up, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and governance reporting.

Tasks

Plan and coordinate project activities, milestones, resources, and dependencies

Track scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, and deliverables

Prepare status reports, forecasts, gate material, and decision requests

Coordinate business, IT, architecture, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Support testing, deployment, handover, and follow-up of agreed actions

Required skills

Proven project management experience in complex, cross-functional transformation projects, preferably within PLM or digital engineering

Strong planning, financial control, risk management, and governance capabilities

Ability to coordinate business, IT, architecture, and external suppliers

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

Meriterious

Experience in PLM, digital engineering, or enterprise transformation is preferred

Relevant degree or equivalent experience; project management certification is beneficial

This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Jönköping through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 13 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Jönköping.
