What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate daily production activities to support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations

- Lead and support team members by promoting safety, communication, and operational excellence

- Monitor equipment and production processes, addressing issues to minimize downtime

- Assist with scheduling work, assigning tasks, and ensuring production goals are achieved

- Conduct inspections and maintain accurate operational and safety records

- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and support a production team

- Strong knowledge of aggregate operations, equipment, and safe work practices

- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing operational needs

- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Conditions of Employment

- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

- $23.68 to $34.28 per hour
