Lead Technician

Aramark Workplace Solutions is currently recruiting for a  Lead Technician (12-month contract)  to join one of our growing teams in Dungarvan. The successful candidate will report into the IFM Account Manager and will support with the Hard Services elements of contract delivery for our clients.
Responsibilities

- Manage nominated contractors for performance and strategic fit to client operations as well as delivering to SLA/KPIs.

- Co-ordinate the efficient operation of the front-line technical team onsite.

- Co-ordinate all Hard Services activities onsite via Aramark team and nominated 3rd party contractors.

- Ensure compliance to safe working practices as set out in the Aramark Safety Statement and client EHS requirements.

- Permit management for the technical team and technical contractor activities.

- Operate to the onsite CAFM and PM systems onsite.

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with required client standards and within GMP requirements onsite.

- Perform fault finding & equipment defect analysis as required.

- Monitor and manage audit systems to ensure compliance with Aramark & client SLAs/KPIs.

- Responsible for training schedules for all operational technical staff.

- Flexibility to work out of hours and at weekends where business needs require.

- Perform additional tasks, as required, to support the overall delivery of the TFM contract.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of outsourced service delivery within a High Quality, Customer facing environment.

- Primary qualification as electrician/electrical technician/engineering background.

- Track record in the co-ordination of Hard Services delivery in a customer facing role.

- Experience of working on a GMP site.

- Ability to demonstrate a pro-active and flexible approach to customer, client and key operational delivery strategies.

- Demonstrable success in leading front-line operatives and TFM service delivery.

- Experience operating and delivering in a large variety and type of building environments.
