- Align L&D strategy with business and FinTech U priorities , including budget planning and support for overall learning strategy and operations.

- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs and curricula based on research, data, and competency assessments, ensuring transfer of real-life skills and alignment with career development and succession priorities.

- Plan and deliver L&D interventions , including program calendars, content development, and use of learning technologies; conduct or oversee training and monitor class delivery and outcomes.

- Manage learning providers and stakeholder relationships , ensuring contracts comply with company policies and that solutions are responsive to business needs and support a high-performing, values-based learning culture.

- Lead skills modeling and assessment , create success profiles and tools for critical roles, run the skills assessment center, and recommend development interventions based on results.
