Local Product Owner

We are looking for a Local Product Owner to join our team and contribute to our product management activities, from market analysis and product strategy to successful product launches.

- Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities

- Plan and execute product launches with whole organization to ensure market adoption

- Conduct market, competition, and user research; translate insights into product requirements and user stories

- Monitor market trends, legal requirements, and regulations

- Represent the company in technical and sectoral committees

- Develop product-based pricing strategies, market segmentation, and profitability analysis

- Support internal and external stakeholders (e.g. SEO content, catalogs, product tools)

- Maintain close contact with the field and lead product-related UX activities

- Review and release technical documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic preferred); Master’s is a plus

- 3+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Development, preferably in HVAC

- Knowledge of boiler, heat pumps and air conditioner technologies are a plus

- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessment.

- Knowledge of local and regional regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Customer- and results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and regional teams

- Ability to integrate AI into daily business

- Excellent command of English

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
