Logistic Specialist

Responsibilities

- Performs a variety of routine and some non routine clerical/administrative activities within the Supply Chain function. Functional areas may include one or more of the following: distribution, inventory control, logistics, planning, transportation, warehouse and update data on the daily shipment

- Execute or improve plans that balance safety, quality, service, cost, and inventory outcomes.

- Resolve operational issues through structured problem solving and cross-functional coordination.

- Ensure all local shipment could be executed properly in field and System perspective (EBS)

- Managing administrative of Export operation

- Verify all export document to ensure comply with government regulation

- Manage filing and documentation of export process

- Minimization of error, zero delays and to maximize productivity in term of export process

- Coordinating with 3rd party for executing export process

- Creating COO for export process

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Suply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major

- Proficiency in microsoft excell

- Minimum 1 year experiences as officer, in freight forwarding/logistic business

- Good communication and interpersonal skill

- Able to work under pressure and target oriented

- Basic English skill is a must

- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
