The role focuses on day-to-day logistics execution, accurate documentation, shipment visibility and cost administration to support timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Shipment tracking and communication: Maintain shipment schedules and tracking records, communicate delivery updates, and promptly escalate delays, discrepancies and other exceptions to the Logistics Manager.

- Shipping documentation: Collect, check and maintain shipping and import documentation, liaising with factories, freight forwarders and customs brokers to support timely clearance and delivery.

- Warehousing and site delivery: Coordinate warehouse receipts, storage and dispatch, and confirm delivery bookings, site-access requirements and receiving arrangements with project teams and logistics providers.

- Cost and invoice administration: Check freight, transport and warehousing invoices against agreed charges and services, allocate costs to the appropriate projects, and follow up discrepancies and accounts-processing requirements.

- Records and reporting: Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery dockets, proof of delivery and routine status reports.

- Operational support and improvement: Support compliance with company procedures and applicable transport and safety requirements, identify practical process improvements, and provide related administrative cover when required.
