Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, buildings, and grounds to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role supports equipment installation and relocation projects, maintains compliance with all safety requirements, and may work any shift, weekends, overtime, or plant shutdowns as needed. Candidates must be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, reading schematics, and using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and welding equipment. Additional responsibilities include completing work orders through computerized maintenance systems and supporting manufacturing operations as required. Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-5 years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
