Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician II plays a key role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of building systems and facilities. This position focuses on performing routine maintenance tasks and providing support on more complex repairs and projects. Under supervision, the Maintenance Technician II contributes to repairs and maintenance while gaining hands-on experience and developing skills for advanced responsibilities.
Action is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Solara Lofts located in San Diego.
Compensation: $32.00 to $34.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
