Material Controller

What   Y ou’ll   D o

As   a n   Material Controller , you’ll be part of our   Stanley Black and Decker   Vietnam   team located in   Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park, No. 35, Independent Avenue, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam . Your working hours will be   5 days/ 48 hours /week .

You’ll get to:

- Expediting to ensure on-time delivery.

- Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality, and logistical expenses   to ensure cost-competitive pricing

- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and ensure good communications.

- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

- Collaborating with quality and production department on all rejected parts and vendor to receive corrected components.

- Ensure compliance to all procedures within the company security policy.

- Ensuring invoices are sent to accounts for payments.

- Education :   bachelor’s degree in   Business Administration, Foreign Trade ,   or similar discipline

- Experiences :   at least   0 2   years of experience of   Purchasing.

- Skills / Personalities:

- Good command of   English (both   spoken and wr itten).

- Excellent critical thinking skills to enhance purchasing workflow.

- Excellent negotiating skill & reporting skill.

- Attention to detail, timely follow-up, strong scheduling, and organizational skills.
