We build and maintain high-quality voice and data communication systems for mission-critical operations and public safety. Working in small, autonomous teams and collaborating across our global offices, we focus on engineering dependable infrastructure where uptime and low latency are vital.
Job Description
The Role
Our users rely heavily on our tools daily, and their feedback loop is tight and demanding. If you have experience shipping production software and want to actively shape our development standards rather than just maintain legacy workflows, this role gives you the space to do it.
To support the ongoing growth of our platforms, we are seeking software engineers to build AI-driven solutions that seamlessly connect with our core communication services. You will contribute across the full lifecycle: designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining software. Success in this role requires strong technical craft paired with a genuine commitment to understanding customer workflows. Basic Requirements
What We’re Looking For

- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical production experience.

- Experience with functional programming. Ideally in Elixir, Erlang, or similar, though we are happy to cross-train engineers with a strong interest in functional design.

- Solid understanding of core software engineering practices: automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and clean architecture.

- Experience with (or strong technical interest in) distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability/low-latency services.

- Clear, proactive communication in English.

- A willingness to mentor peers, review code thoughtfully, and receive feedback with an open mind.
Nice to Have

- Hands-on experience containerizing and orchestrating services using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with high-throughput message brokers (NATS.io, Kafka, RabbitMQ) and efficient serialization/RPC protocols (Protocol Buffers, gRPC).

- Practical exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Experience building or consuming modern AI/LLM APIs and toolchains in production.
