Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer responsible for supporting the development of next-generation lighting products and sustaining existing product lines. Manages VAVE projects from design through production, including CAD modeling, BOM configuration, document control, and cross-functional coordination. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project management teams to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and efficient production launches. Supports ECR/ECO processes, continuous product improvements, and production troubleshooting. Requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of manufacturing or product design experience, preferably in lighting. Must be proficient with SolidWorks, MS Office, and effective in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience with sheet metal, plastics, CNC, 3D printing, and UL/ETL standards is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills required.
