About the role

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy!

POSITION SUMMARY

This role is part of the Mechanical R&D and Industrialization team and is responsible for the mechanical development and industrialization of new power converters, with a particular focus on the mechanical integration of liquid-cooling solutions. The Mechanical Engineer will contribute throughout the product development lifecycle, from definition of the mechanical architecture and cooling-system interfaces to detailed design, prototype build, validation, production readiness, and release to manufacturing. The role combines mechanical design expertise with a practical understanding of thermal-management integration, materials, manufacturing processes, assembly methods, cost, quality, reliability, and regulatory requirements to deliver robust, safe, and manufacturable solutions.
