The Role
RSM’s Dynamics 365 Enterprise practice (D365), which supports Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&SC), is a group of highly specialized, multi-disciplined individuals with experience in ERP implementations, industry, technology consulting, and project management. We desire a confident individual who can think strategically, lead a workstream, and review the work of others. This individual should be versed in ERP business process mapping and deep D365 F&SC configuration, while being task oriented and capable of meeting the tight deadlines that often come with implementation-related work. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 8+ years of hands-on functional experience implementing D365 F&SC, including experience leading a module or workstream.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the configuration and setup of D365 F&SC for assigned modules or workstreams.

- Review the configuration, unit-test results, and documentation produced by associate and senior associate resources for quality and completeness.

- Own functional design and business process mapping for assigned workstreams; conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions.

- Provide effort estimates and support work planning for assigned scope.

- Serve as the functional escalation point for the workstream, coordinating with technical developers and US counterparts.

- Oversee data conversion activities, including transformation and loading into D365 via the Data Management Framework (DMF).

- Manage the workload and deliverables of a small team across one or more concurrent projects, and monitor team utilization.

- Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to junior resources (formal talent development).

- Oversee client delivery and solution quality on assigned projects.

Required Qualifications

- 9+ years of functional, hands-on experience implementing D365 F&SC (or Dynamics AX), including experience leading a module or workstream.

- Demonstrated deep configuration expertise across multiple F&SC modules, such as:

- General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse Management, and Production Control.

- Experience reviewing the work of other consultants and guiding delivery quality.

- Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of key end-to-end business processes including, but not limited to:

- Order to Cash

- Procure to Pay

- Record to Report

- Receive to Ship (warehouse management)

- Plan to Produce (manufacturing)

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: MB-300 plus MB-310 (Finance) and/or MB-330 (Supply Chain Management); multiple certifications preferred.

- Experience with full-lifecycle D365 implementations using Microsoft Success by Design or comparable methodology.

- Power Platform and Dataverse familiarity.

- Azure DevOps and Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) familiarity.

- Industry experience preferred.

Technical Skills

- Advanced D365 F&SC configuration and solution design across multiple modules.

- Data Management Framework (DMF) and data-migration oversight.

- Understanding of customization concepts, with the ability to interact with technical team.
