Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week on-site

We at Coforge are hiring Mid QA Engineer (#006fu00000QeELXAA3-8) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

-
Perform end-to-end manual testing of digital commerce applications, including regression testing, edge cases, and UAT support.

-
Design and execute API testing using tools such as Postman, Bruno, or Swagger, validating JSON/XML payloads, authentication, status codes, and error handling.

-
Build and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, including API automation.

-
Validate data integrity and system state changes using SQL with Oracle and NoSQL databases with MongoDB, while managing test cases, defects, and test scenarios in Jira.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-
4–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

-
Strong experience with end-to-end manual testing of digital commerce applications.

-
Experience with regression testing, edge cases, and UAT support.

-
Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman, Bruno, or Swagger.

-
Experience validating JSON/XML payloads, authentication, status codes, and error handling.

-
Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

-
Knowledge of API automation and data validation using SQL.

-
Experience with Oracle and MongoDB for transaction and data integrity validation.

-
Experience creating and managing test plans, test cases, and scenarios in Jira, including defect lifecycle management.

-
Understanding of B2B and B2C digital commerce platforms.

Preferred Skills:

-
Basic load and performance sanity testing experience.

-
Practical exposure to AI tools and LLMs.

-
Experience supporting quality assurance across complex digital commerce environments.

Familiarity with combining manual and automated testing approaches.
