About the role

Job Description:
About the opportunity:
St Vincent's has been a leader in Australia's health and aged care landscape for more than 165 years. Since our founders, the Sisters of Charity, opened our first hospital in 1857, our services and nearly 30,000 people have been behind some of Australia's most important medical breakthroughs. We are a microcosm of Australia’s health and aged care system and are uniquely positioned to lead and respond to our rapidly changing environment.

You'll be joining St Vincent’s as we launch our exciting new vision Bringing Care Home, which will take the best of St Vincent’s care beyond our hospitals and aged care homes directly into the homes of our communities across the country, making care more personal and accessible. - Oversee associated provider arrangements and performance , ensuring services meet St Vincent’s regulatory, quality and contractual requirements.

- Lead systems and technology change for the business and champion the effective use of data, automation and AI to improve operations and client experience.

- Lead delivery of agreed growth plans , including referral pathways, partnerships and client acquisition, and work with Product and Service Design teams to embed new services into business as usual.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex, matrixed organisations.

- Tertiary qualifications in nursing, allied health or another relevant discipline; postgraduate qualifications in business or management are desirable.
