The Role
Buscamos un técnico con al menos dos años de experienciaen monitorización y observabilidad de infraestructuras y aplicaciones , orientado a la administración operativa, análisis, diagnóstico y evolución de las capacidades de monitorización.
La persona se integrará en un servicio de monitorización y observabilidad en un entorno tecnológico amplio y heterogéneo, trabajando principalmente con Pandora FMS y Dynatrace , así como con monitorización sintética mediante Selenium .

Conocimientos imprescindibles

- Experiencia con Pandora FMS , especialmente: Configuración y mantenimiento de monitorización.Agentes y módulos.Definición y ajuste de alertas.Análisis de eventos y problemas de monitorización.Creación y mantenimiento de dashboards.Incorporación de nuevos elementos a monitorizar.Diagnóstico de problemas relacionados con la propia plataforma de monitorización.

- Conocimientos de Dynatrace : OneAgent.ActiveGate.Métricas, logs y trazas.Dashboards.Análisis de Problems y diagnóstico de causa raíz.Monitorización de aplicaciones e infraestructura.Synthetic Monitoring.Conocimientos básicos de DQL.

- Experiencia con Selenium para monitorización sintética: Creación y mantenimiento de scripts.Automatización de comprobaciones funcionales.Análisis de fallos de ejecuciones sintéticas.

Conocimientos valorables

- Conocimientos de Elastic Stack / Elasticsearch : Consultas y análisis de información.Dashboards.Logs.Conceptos básicos de índices y Data Streams.

- Datadog

Who You Are

- Formación en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o disciplinas afines.

- Interés por las tecnologías de monitorización, observabilidad y operaciones TI.

- Capacidad de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo y orientación al cliente.

- Nivel básico de administración de sistemas Linux y/o Windows.

- Conocimientos básicos de redes, protocolos y arquitecturas TI.
