Day rate: £300-£475 inside IR35

Location: Hybrid in London
We're looking for an experienced Operating Model Consultant to support the next phase of a major Adobe transformation programme within a large retail organisation. You'll help design and embed the target operating model, aligning processes, roles and capabilities to support new ways of working.

Tasks

- Design the target operating model, defining organisational structures, roles, responsibilities and ways of working

- Review existing operating models and identify changes required to support redesigned processes and Adobe capabilities

- Develop operating model principles and governance frameworks to support AI-assisted workflows and future transformation initiatives

- Work with business stakeholders to embed the operating model and support adoption of new capabilities

Requirements

- An independent consultant

- Strong experience designing and implementing target operating models within large, complex organisations

- Good experience supporting digital transformation programmes, ideally involving Adobe or customer experience technologies

- Understanding of AI-enabled processes, automation or emerging digital capabilities would be advantageous
