Order Management Specialist

- Receive and process orders for Check Point products using the SAP ERP system, ensuring adherence to internal business guidelines and standards.

- Coordinate with multiple departments within Check Point, both in Israel and internationally, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in both English and Hebrew  (reading and writing), with excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and adopting new technologies and innovative tools in day-to-day operations.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems effectively.

- Capable of managing multiple tasks and performing under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

- Flexible availability, including willingness to work in shifts.

- Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field – an advantage.

- Previous experience in administration or data entry – an advantage.

- Familiarity with SAP – an advantage.
