Schedule

- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

- Overtime as needed

What You'll Do

- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations

- Package products according to quality and customer specifications

- Operate palletizing equipment to stack and prepare finished products for shipment

- Place sleeves in cartons or apply snake wrap to pallets as required

- Load materials and components into equipment as needed

- Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately

- Assist Line Mechanics with basic troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance

- Operate a forklift after certification to support production and warehouse operations

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Assist with training new employees as needed

- Attend required training sessions and safety meetings

- Properly care for company equipment and property

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required

- Manufacturing experience preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed

- Ability to obtain forklift certification

- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery

- Ability to safely work at heights and use ladders, stairs, and elevated work platforms

Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and climbing throughout a 12-hour shift. Employees must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and safely perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment.
Employees will routinely work on elevated surfaces, including platforms, catwalks, stairways, and ladders, and must be comfortable working at heights while following all established safety procedures. The ability to safely work around moving machinery and equipment in a fast-paced production environment is required.
