About the role
LIFE AT UIPATH
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
YOUR MISSION
As a Partner Sales Executive focused on Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), you'll navigate partner ecosystems, building strong executive relationships, trust, and new revenue streams through value-based selling. You'll grow revenue and drive adoption of the UiPath platform for FCC use cases — such as anti-money laundering, KYC, and fraud — by partnering with world-class consulting and service organizations, and build the plans that help those partners deliver maximum success for their financial services customers.
This is a unique overlay role: you'll drive partner sales for FCC across the entire company, and no two days will look the same. You'll build offerings and go-to-market strategies — and see them through to execution — with sophisticated, non-transactional partners such as global systems integrators and advisory firms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH
- Analyze market potential and build strategic go-to-market plans with partners to maximize revenue
- Hit agreed sales targets and outcomes each quarter, growing partner-sourced revenue, registered deals, and joint solutions
- Evangelize the UiPath brand and value proposition so UiPath becomes the automation platform of choice for your partners' customers
- Show partners how our solutions benefit their customers financially and support their strategic initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with partner automation practices, account owners, vertical leaders, and executives
- Work with regional sales leadership and partner leadership on a coordinated go-to-market strategy for high-value solutions
- Coach UiPath sales reps on working with your partner, managing joint pursuits and keeping communication tight
- Respond quickly to partner leads, agree deal-support priorities, and nurture opportunities into expansion
- Drive ongoing partner enablement: training and certification, product updates, quotes, and new release information
- Team up with field sales, Customer Success Managers, and pre-sales to make sure customers get maximum value and issues are resolved fast
- Track competitors, new products, and market conditions, and report partner needs, competitive activity, and new opportunities to leadership
- Keep the UiPath CRM accurate and up to date
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- 10+ years of business and sales experience, including developing sales with partners and building offerings and go-to-market strategies with sophisticated partners (consulting backgrounds welcome)
- 2–3 years of industry experience in financial crime compliance, either at a bank or with a vendor in the FCC space (vendor experience is a strong plus)
- The credibility to hold solid, in-depth conversations on financial crime topics with partners, customers, and compliance leaders
- Solid knowledge of the automation and AI landscape, and the ability to explain UiPath's key differentiators and customer benefits
- A track record of building multiple senior-level relationships across a partner ecosystem, including the leaders who shape go-to-market strategy and own key client relationships
- Experience building account plans that meet sales and profit goals, and taking full ownership of partners across assigned verticals or geographies
- An agile, confident problem solver who is organizationally savvy and disciplined in execution
- A proactive self-starter with superlative collaboration and communication skills
- The ability to handle conflict constructively and balance the interests of the partner, the customer, and UiPath to reach the best outcome
- Experience working in a CRM (such as Salesforce)
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
