Provides basic nursing care tasks for designated patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- One year experience as a Nursing Assistant in a health care facility or verifiable home care setting or current Nursing Assistant Certification.

- Ability to read, write and communicate in English

- Successful completion of a Nurses Aide Program (or equivalent preparation)

- Current Nursing Assistant Certification Preferred

- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training on a Bi-Annual Basis Required
