People Partner - Recruiter

We’re looking for a People Partner - Recruiter who knows how to discover great people, build meaningful connections and spot talent before everyone else does. Someone who is plugged into Mumbai’s hospitality scene, curious about emerging brands and upcoming openings, and excited to find new ways to bring exceptional people into the House.

This isn’t just about filling vacancies. It’s about discovering talent, building communities and shaping the teams behind memorable experiences.

- Own the end-to-end recruitment journey in partnership with the Head of People, Mumbai — from understanding the brief to welcoming new joiners.

- Work with department heads to understand their teams and find people with the right skills, energy and cultural fit.

- Keep job descriptions relevant, compelling and aligned with Soho House standards.

- Own our vacancies on Greenhouse, from publishing roles to keeping candidate progress updated.

- Manage offers within approved budgets and stay connected with candidates right through to joining.

- Be active in hospitality hiring groups, industry networks and professional communities across the city.

- Keep an eye on upcoming hotels, restaurants, lifestyle brands and hospitality projects.

- Build relationships with hotel management institutes, culinary schools and business schools.

- Create future talent pipelines through campus engagement, internships, job fairs, walk-in drives and creative sourcing initiatives.

- Develop a strong network of potential candidates, future leaders and hard-to-find specialists.

- Explore fresh recruitment channels, referrals and innovative ways to reach talent beyond traditional job portals.

- Build relationships that last beyond a single vacancy.

- Bring our culture and employee experience to life through creative recruitment campaigns and employer branding.

- Use social media and talent networks to make people curious about working at Soho House Mumbai.

- Partner with the Head of People, Mumbai, on manpower planning, recruitment budgets and smarter hiring practices.
