Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Shift: 12-hour shifts, day shift (every other weekend required for full-time)

The Position:
We’re looking for full-time and part-time Personal Care Assistant's. We work 12-hour shifts, in the patient's home.

- Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe, competent care/services to the patient.

- Help the patient maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthy, safe environment.

- Plan and prepare nutritious meals.

- Assist the patient with ambulation as detailed by Patient Care Plan.

- Encourage the patient's independence but not exceed their capabilities outlined out in the Patient's Care Plan.

- Performs routine housekeeping tasks.

- Other duties as assigned.

- Valid Driver's License

- 2+ years of caregiving experience
