Personal Lines Underwriting Senior Officer

We are seeking to recruit an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Personal Lines Underwriting team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all channels, including face-to-face, email, and telephone interactions.

- Provide clear, tailored advice to customers on personal lines insurance products and services, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met.

- Process insurance quotations, policies and renewals efficiently while maintaining service quality.

- Liaise confidently with third parties/intermediaries to provide support and resolve issues.

- Ensure accurate handling and secure maintenance of customer documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements.

- Provide guidance to junior team members and take initiative to resolve client concerns.

- Ensure full compliance with market conduct rules, risk management policies, and internal procedures.

What we're looking for:

- At least two years’ experience within the insurance industry.

- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity.

- Confident in dealing with a wide range of customer profiles and situations.

- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Clear and professional communication skills in both English and Maltese.

- Willing to bring a team playing mentality to strengthen the growing portfolio.
