Job Description:

- Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of personnel and goods for SD Guthrie Berhad, ensuring timely and reliable service.

- Operate company vehicles including company corporate bus in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

- Transport employees, clients, and materials to designated locations promptly and efficiently.

- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues or defects.

- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation activities.

- Assist with loading and unloading goods as required.

- Communicate effectively with dispatch, passengers, and other team members.

- Handle unexpected situations or problems on the road with professionalism and sound judgment.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Adhere to company safety procedures and protocols at all times.

Job Requirements

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Valid Malaysian Licence competent driving Licence (CDL) class E.

- Valid PSV (Public Service Vehicle) Licence - Bus.

- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or pool car setting.

- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with passengers and colleagues clearly.

- Ability to anticipate and evaluate potential road hazards or logistical challenges.

- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and routine maintenance.

- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.

- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethics.
