Principal Consultant

As a Principal Consultant specializing in SAP Data Migration, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee the successful delivery of complex, large-scale enterprise data transformation projects. You will manage multiple projects and delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, project timelines, quality standards, and financial targets. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business requirements into effective data migration and governance strategies. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvements in project delivery methodologies. The role combines advanced SAP expertise, program management, client relationship management, and people leadership.
