Principal Platform Product Manager - Billing & Authentication

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager – Billing & Platform based in Canada.

We are looking for an experienced platform product leader to shape the core services that power a growing SaaS product ecosystem, with an initial focus on billing and authentication. You will lead the transition from a legacy billing system to Stripe Billing while modernizing identity, access, and account management capabilities. Your work will help ensure that subscription experiences are reliable, pricing changes are easy to implement, and financial data remains accurate across systems. Working closely with Engineering, Security, Finance, and commercial teams, you will define the strategic roadmap and establish clear standards for successful delivery. As these foundational services mature, you will expand your scope to additional platform capabilities that support business growth. This is an opportunity to influence company-wide product strategy, mentor other product managers, and build infrastructure that enables teams to innovate with confidence.
