Summary: Join Coupang as a Principal, Tech Executive Recruiter, and play a critical role in identifying and hiring the next generation of technology leaders. This role requires partnering with senior executives across various geographies to build world-class talent pipelines and drive best recruitment practices.

 

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior internal customers to understand their hiring needs.

- Devise and carry out a targeted global search strategy.

- Build global executive talent pipelines through direct sourcing.

- Drive recruitment intelligence using our internal CRM platform.

- Attract top-tier technical talent to South Korea, Singapore, India and US with tenacity and determination.

- Present an exceptional company pitch to potential candidates.

- Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.

- Influence at the offer stage, articulating Coupang’s career vision and compensation philosophy.

- Partner with the Global Mobility Team to facilitate candidate relocation.

- Enhance the overall recruitment process and implement best practices organization-wide.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

- Experience working in a tier-1 internet company or high-growth challenger brand.

- Agency experience is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Analytical thinker adept in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial culture.

- Proven sound business judgment with the ability to communicate and influence effectively, including at the executive level.

- Capability to think strategically while managing tactical execution in an agile environment.
