The Prod Tech 3 will perform a variety of manufacturing and production duties, including operating equipment, monitoring processes, and conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of production procedures and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:**
* Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Perform in-process quality inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve production issues.
* Document production data accurately, including material usage, output, and quality control results.
* Execute preventive maintenance tasks and assist with equipment calibration and repairs as needed.
* Adhere to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and cleanroom procedures.
* Collaborate with engineering and other production teams to optimize processes and resolve technical problems.
* Assist in training less experienced production technicians.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a high-tech or optical industry.
* Demonstrated ability to operate complex manufacturing equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and work instructions.
* Proficiency in using basic computer applications for data entry and process monitoring.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Pay Range:
