As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll help shape how investors understand and engage with Robeco's investment solutions through differentiated positioning, compelling content and client-focused communication. You'll work closely with investment, sales and marketing teams to deliver compelling product messaging and content that supports client engagement and business growth.

As part of the Investment Marketing department, the Product Marketing team plays a pivotal role in shaping how Robeco’s investment strategies are positioned and communicated across channels and regions. The team of 8 colleagues ensures that each investment solution is positioned clearly and competitively in the market, supported by differentiated messaging and high-quality marketing materials. Working closely with Client Portfolio Managers, Investment Specialists, Portfolio Managers, the Editorial team, product managers, channel marketing, Sales, and Compliance functions, the team transforms investment insights and product features into client-relevant selling-points, helping investors understand how strategies can help them to meet their financial objectives.

Position & Requirements
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you translate investment expertise into clear value propositions and marketing content that strengthen the positioning of Robeco's investment solutions. You develop differentiated client-relevant product messaging for our retail audience, and create compelling sales and marketing materials tailored to retail investors across channels and markets.

You support product launches, help shape digital content strategies, and use marketing performance data to continuously optimize messaging and content effectiveness. In addition, you act as a key partner to stakeholders across the business, ensuring all product marketing activities are aligned, commercially relevant and compliant with regulatory requirements. You take ownership of delivering high-quality product marketing that enhances client engagement and supports business growth. You are comfortable working in a dynamic international environment with a broad range of stakeholders.

What you bring:

- 4+ years of proven experience in product marketing or consumer finance-related roles within the Asset Management industry; a background as a CPM, Investment Specialist, Investment Writer, or journalist is advantageous

- Experience in developing product messaging for a retail audience, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex investment strategies into compelling, retail client-relevant narratives

- Strong technical understanding of relevant asset class, products and strategies

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, combined with a creative, entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset.
